Ty LeSueur has spent much of his life in Arizona. He attended High School in Gilbert, AZ and later graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in information systems. Ty also received an MBA from the ASU WP Carey school of Business. Ty currently manages a real estate investment company. He is a member of the Pinal Partnership. Ty is married to Shawna LeSueur and they have five children.
Brad Hinton has over 15 years of experience in land planning and development in Arizona. Brad is currently the Vice President of El Dorado Holdings, a real estate company with a substantial presence in the east valley. In addition to the Magma Flood Control District, Brad is the current President of the Maricopa Flood Control District. He graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Brad is married to Fara Hinton, and they have two sons and a daughter.
Stacy Brimhall was born in Mesa and has spent most of his life in Gilbert working farmland and other forms of real estate. He is also an author and advocate for those who fight depression. Stacy is the proud father of five children.
Kent Pace was first appointed to the Magma Flood Control District Board of Directors in January of 2006. From June of 2007 until June of 2009 he served as President of the Board. In June of 2009 Kent became the Magma Flood Control District’s General Manager. He is a native Arizonan and a graduate of Gilbert High School. After high school he went on to receive a degree in accounting and a minor in economics from Brigham Young University. Mr. Pace has a background in real-estate and financial consulting and is self employed. Mr. Pace is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker. Kent is married to Jamie Pace and they have four children.
